What to do if you have an allergy or dietary question?

Food allergic individuals: Be aware that we handle and prepare egg, milk, wheat, shellfish, fish, soy, peanut, tree nut and other potential allergens in our dining halls, eateries and kitchens. Before placing your order or selecting a food item, please inform a Gourmet Dining manager if you or a person in your party has a food allergy. Please direct any questions to our in-house Registered Dietitian, Jenn Bostedo, at jbostedo@gourmetdiningllc.com.

Pre-Order Option:

 

Students with disabilities on the basis of food allergies will have the option to pre-order their daily lunch and dinner options from the dining hall and retail locations (The Robeson Food Court, Starbucks in the PRCC and Starbucks in the Business School).

 

24 hours must be provided in advance in order to ensure necessary ingredients to prepare specific meal request without allergen(s) at issue.

 

When pre-ordering a meal, students must include the following information:

 

Name

 

Rider ID

 

Food requested

 

Pick-up Date, Time, and Location
